Here’s a guide on renewing your access card:

1. Crew members should monitor their access card's expiration date and start the renewal process in advance to avoid access interruptions.
2. Next, fill out the webform with personal information to formally request the ASIC card renewal. Ensure all details are accurate to prevent processing delays. then Submit the completed form
3. The base administrator handles access card renewals and will verify the information against the current ASIC card status to confirm eligibility for renewal.
4. After verification, the administrator submits the form to the airport authority for processing.
5. Once processed, the airport authority will notify the base administrator that the new card is ready for pickup.
6. The base administrator will then inform the crew member that their renewed card is available for collection.
7. Finally, the crew member should visit the airport ID center to pick up their renewed ASIC card promptly to maintain access rights.

This entire process should take between 7-10 business days.
